The location is excellent, very convenient for everything in the city - public transport, restaurants and sights. Facilities in room were good. Staff helpful and polite.

No breakfast option on site. No power point next to the bed. Hot water supply in shower not steady varying too cold to too hot. Lift was out of order but then fixed. Room for two provided with towels for only one. Received more on asking.

Very well located in the heart of the New Town and close to a lot of restaurants. My main issue with the hotel, and although small, made a huge difference... the windows were really poor insulating outside noise from the street... so when the local Irish bar (which is a really excellent pub) has customers leaving and shouting until 3am, it meant that I had a terrible sleep and might as well have travelled up on the day for my meeting in the morning.

We will NOT stay here again! We had a room that was for 4 people. The double bed was as hard as a brick! Across the street are 2 bars, and EVERY night up until 4 a.m. there were people on the street shouting and singing outside the pubs. There's also a lot of traffic going by the hotel. We got very little sleep. We asked if we could get the room switched to one in the back, but we were told that all the large rooms/ family rooms are in the front. They wouldn't change our room to two small rooms in the back either. The room has a mini fridge, an iron, a tea kettle, and a hair dryer.

clean, quiet, great location but beds were a bit small. if you're over 6ft tall dont book, will have the most uncomfortable sleep.

It’s located close to the Old Town and the park which makes it a good location, quite a few restaurants and bars around as well. The room was decent too. My only complaint was regarding the thin walls. We could hear our neighbors talk through the wall.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Walkable to most major attractions. It is an older building so expect that when staying (for example no AC), but it has everything you need. The service was excellent, we asked for a fan and Pzamek (I probably spelled his name wrong, pronounced “Shamek”) was able to get us one quickly! Also free water refills on each floor.
